The Growth Epoch was established by a group of like-minded professionals who saw the detrimental impact of poorly supported Worker Change events.

Whilst our staff are a from a variety of walks of life as diverse as Public sector, teaching, Mill worker, and Sales - this diversity makes us stronger.

But what really grows us together is:

• We all have lived experience of significant forced work transitions and personal experience of overcoming these challenges.
• We are passionate about coming along-side and supporting others during times of forced transition.
• We have a focus on wellbeing and mental health promotion for the individual with over 20 years of experience in the employee wellbeing and worker protections space.
• We are values driven and follow the Co-Design philosophy of Nothing About us Without us.
