- 1800 tele-counselling support line for workers.
- Consultation and response design.

Small Circle User Experience
- Establishing and managing a Grassroots User Group.
- 6 sessions of consultations.
- Weekly rapid report.
- Paid worker contribution.
Outcome: Affected workers and their families have their experiences heard. Using the voice of the worker for impactful decision making
Peer Leadership With Workers
- Peer mentoring program - workers skilled-up to support their mates.
- Training 1 day a week for 6 weeks.
- Commitment to support others extends for 3 months after training finishes.
- Wellbeing check-ins and guidance during that time.
Outcome: More informed and guided employees, workers and government.
Transitional Worker Enrichment
- 10 week support program.
- Up to 10 participants.
- Facilitated Face to Face group sessions with wellbeing activity.
- 1:1 positive mental health coaching & goal setting.
- Case study development.
